One Foot Balancing

In this video Julie shows the proper technique for one-foot balance. This is a more advanced balance exercise and can be quite challenging to some people. Pay close attention to how she uses the chair for support and has the wall nearby in case she gets too wobbly.

She also has some great tips about posture, specifically positioning of the shoulders, head, and hips. You can do this exercise for 10-30 seconds on each leg.
